What does Resource Care provide?
Resource Care focuses on supporting the patient and the family during their time of need when hospice is not quite appropriate.
Helping those to have their BEST possible life is our goal!
We have Registered Nurses, Social Workers, Chaplain’s, and Providers who can help direct to resources in the community.
Our nursing staff is 24/7 available by phone to answer questions and offer support.
There is NO CHARGE for our team to come out and see what resources will best suite you or your family.
Our staff provides education for the family, patient, and caregiver on disease process and caregiver assistance.
We have many community partners that specialize in all areas that we can call on for any assistance.
